Meet Brenda

Brenda’s journey in real estate blossomed from over two decades in residential construction alongside her general contractor husband Greg. As an estimator and project manager, she thrived on transforming clients’ visions into reality, enhancing the value and utility of their homes.

A Bay Area resident for over 23 years, Brenda and Greg’s story began in Ireland, leading them to San Francisco after she completed her Masters degree in Communication. Her family farm upbringing shaped her love for animals, and specifically her keen interest in dog behavior. Her early days in San Francisco saw her transition into positive dog training working independently and with the San Francisco SPCA.

Beyond her professional life, Brenda is an enthusiastic walker and hiker ensuring daily escapes into nature. A devoted cook, she cherishes both sharing and learning new recipes and has a quirky passion for innovative ideas for kitchen organization that ensures every corner is optimized for both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
